Job summary

Smart Solutions is recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Farnham. This is a full-time role with weekly pay, overtime opportunities and immediate starts.

As a Refuse Loader you will work as part of a team collecting waste from residential, commercial and industrial locations while maintaining high safety and customer service standards. Uniform provided, Monday to Friday shifts, agency advert.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection of waste and recyclable materials on scheduled routes
• Load refuse safely using manual handling techniques and mechanical aids where required
• Ensure waste is collected efficiently and disposed of at designated facilities
• Support the driver in completing routes safely and on time
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues with equipment or vehicles
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate collection records where required
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with the public
