Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Refuse Loader for a large waste management company in Dunstable. The role involves collecting wheelie bins, assisting drivers, and loading waste onto collection vehicles.

This outdoor, physically demanding position offers full training, PPE, weekly pay, and a path to permanent employment after a qualifying period. Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collecting wheelie bins from residential and commercial properties.
• Assisting the driver with daily waste collection routes.
• Loading waste safely onto collection vehicles.
• Working efficiently as part of a team.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
