Job summary

A loaders role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bridgend (CF32) is recruiting reliable team members to join a busy waste and recycling operation. You will work as part of a collection crew carrying out refuse, recycling and waste collection services across the local area.

This role is outdoors, physically demanding, with start times between 6:30am and 7:00am. Overtime opportunities exist to enhance earnings and support the operation.

We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Bridgend (CF32).

The Role:

As a Loader, you will work as part of a collection crew carrying out refuse, recycling and waste collection services across the local area.

Duties may include:

. Loading domestic and commercial waste and recycling onto collection vehicles.

. Assisting the driver and crew to complete collection routes safely and efficiently.

. Working across all current operations, including refuse, recycling and waste collections.

. Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

. Carrying out any other duties required to support the operation.

. £13.45 per hour.

. Overtime paid at 150% of the standard hourly rate.

. Regular start times between 6:30am and 7:00am.
