Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Waste & Fleet Training Compliance Officer in Rugby for a temporary assignment. You will develop and maintain a training and competency matrix for drivers, loaders, street cleansing operatives, and other frontline staff.

You will monitor qualification expiry, license checks and refresher timing, flag gaps before lapse, and deliver training to a high standard aligned with obligations.

Waste & Fleet Training Compliance Officer needed in Rugby

This is a temporary role and the rate is £125 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will build and maintain a comprehensive training and competency matrix covering all operational roles (drivers, loaders, street cleansing operatives, and other frontline staff). They will monitor the ongoing tracking of qualification/certificate expiry, license checks, and refresher timing, flagging gaps before they lapse and will deliver training to a consistently high standard, aligned with training standards and contractual/legislative obligations, tailoring content to specific operational needs.
