Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Waste & Fleet Training Compliance Officer in Rugby for a temporary assignment. You will develop and maintain a training and competency matrix for drivers, loaders, street cleansing operatives, and other frontline staff.

You will monitor qualification expiry, license checks and refresher timing, flag gaps before lapse, and deliver training to a high standard aligned with obligations.

• Ability to track qualification expiry and license checks reliably.
• Capability to tailor content and deliver training to frontline staff.
