Waste Collection Operative

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Overtime available on Saturday

Pay rate - £17.35 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Waste Collection Operatives to join our team, working across high‑density areas in West London and Greater London. This is a practical, hands‑on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering an essential service to the community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing 20-40 waste collection calls per day
• Tipping euro bins into a dustcart safely and efficiently
• Providing waste services to a range of clients

including:

• Care homes
• Nurseries
• Schools
• Other community sites

Hours & Shifts

• Minimum 8 hours per day
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday only, Saturday overtime available
