Are you passionate about sustainability and want to make a real impact behind the scenes? Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is looking for a dedicated and proactive Waste & Recycling Operative to join our Facilities team and play a vital role in maintaining the studio's world-class environment. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the entire WBSL site, including roadways, drains, and pathways, is kept safe and free from litter. You'll take pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness across the site, helping to create a professional and welcoming space for our clients and productions. Working closely with the Facilities team, you'll manage the waste yard, champion best-practice waste segregation, and oversee refuse collections, all while ensuring full compliance with health and safety procedures. Your day-to-day will be diverse, with tasks ranging from general maintenance to responding to emergencies like diesel spills, gritting paths in winter, and preparing for adverse weather conditions. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps the studio running smoothly, both inside and out. While primarily based at Leavesden site, occasional off-site work may be required.
