Job summary

phs Group is hiring a Washroom Service Driver in Southport to join our team on a permanent, Monday to Friday role with no weekends. You will follow pre-planned routes to collect bins, service products, complete compliance documentation, and provide excellent customer service.

A full UK driving licence with up to 6 points is required and the role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.92) and annual earnings up to £28,079 with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months).
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years).
• Able to work within a 6am-6pm window (40 hours per week).
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and napp y bins within customer premises.
• Service and replace hygiene products.
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based).
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste.

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You'll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
