Job summary

phs Group is seeking a Washroom Service Driver to operate on a pre-planned UK route, visiting customer sites to collect bins, service hygiene products, and complete compliance paperwork. The role is a permanent, 40-hour week with a guaranteed schedule and no weekend work.

The ideal candidate will hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence with minimal points, be reliable and safety‑minded, and comfortable with routine depot returns. A company vehicle and various employee benefits are included.

• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
• Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week)
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional

Washroom Service Driver

£12.92 per hour | £26,879 + Bonus (OTE £28,079) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You’ll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:
