Job summary

phs Group is hiring a Washroom Service Driver in Haydock. You will follow a pre-planned daily route visiting customers to collect bins, service hygiene products and complete compliance documentation.

A company vehicle is provided for business use, with the role running 40 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate holds a UK driving licence with up to 6 points, can work 6am–6pm, and demonstrates reliability, safety-consciousness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
• Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week)
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional
• Good attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

£12.92 per hour | £26,879 + Bonus (OTE £28,079) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You’ll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
