Job summary

PHS Group Ltd. is seeking a Washroom Service Driver on a permanent basis. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no scheduled weekends. The position comes with a company vehicle and a base salary of £28,784 plus bonus, aiming for an OTE around £29,984.

You will follow pre-planned daily routes to collect bins, service products, complete paperwork, and provide professional customer service, returning to the depot weekly to unload waste.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence held 12+ months.
• Maximum 6 points on licence (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC in last 5 years).
• Able to work 6am–6pm, 40 hours per week.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises.

Washroom Service Driver

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

You’ll follow a pre-planned daily route visiting our customers to:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
• Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week)
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional
• Good attention to detail
