Job summary

phs Group plc is hiring a Washroom Service Driver in Canterbury. The role involves collecting waste, servicing hygiene products, and maintaining compliance records. You will travel within a defined route, work 40 hours per week, and enjoy a company vehicle for business use.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£12.92) and an annual salary around £26,879 with bonus potential (OTE £28,079). This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no scheduled weekends and perks such as additional holiday

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months).
• Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years).
• Able to work within a 6am-6pm window (40 hours per week).
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises.

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Washroom Service Driver role at phs will involve:

• Collect feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins within customer premises
• Service and replace hygiene products
• Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Return to the depot once a week to unload collected waste

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Washroom Service Driver at phs will have:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
