The Roof Gardens in London invites a dedicated Washroom Attendant to join our luxury hospitality team. You will maintain impeccable cleanliness in all washroom areas and assist guests with warmth and discretion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Washroom Attendant, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all washroom areas throughout each shift.
• Monitor and replenish supplies as needed and ensure all washroom fixtures and equipment are functioning properly.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, offering directions, addressing concerns, and delivering a personable service experience.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Role

We’re seeking a committed and detail-oriented Washroom Attendant to join our team at The Roof Gardens. Our back of house team is essential to the seamless operation of our venue, supporting all departments with efficiency, precision, and care. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a Washroom Attendant, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all washroom areas throughout each shift
• Monitor and replenish supplies as needed and ensure all washroom fixtures and equipment are functioning properly
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, offering directions, addressing concerns, and delivering a personable service experience
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
