Job summary

The Roof Gardens is seeking a confident Receptionist to join the front of house at our Kensington venue. You’ll greet members warmly, manage registrations, bookings and enquiries, and ensure a seamless, memorable welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a member-facing role within the luxury hospitality market.
• Welcomes and registers members with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register members with warmth and professionalism, serving as a memorable first and last point of contact.
• Build one-to-one relationships with members to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain accurate member data, including preferences, to personalise future visits.
• Manage all member enquiries in a timely manner, including reservations, cancellations, confirmations, private event bookings and general queries via phone and email.
• Demonstrate an exemplary understanding of club facilities and events, staying fully informed of daily and weekly activities.
• Support the events team in the coordination and execution of member and large-scale events.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Receptionist to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:
