Albert Bartlett in Airdrie is seeking Production Operatives for the wash plant. You will be responsible for washing potatoes to required quality standards and assisting in daily production targets. Full training will be provided.

The role operates on Sunday 09:00-17:00 and Monday to Thursday 17:00-01:00, with a backshift premium. A positive attitude, reliability, and fitness to stand for long periods are important. Benefits include 31 days of leave (incl.

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor washing equipment to ensure potatoes are cleaned to quality standards.
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance of wash plant machinery.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the wash plant area.
• Work with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
