HR GO Group in Barnsley is seeking a Wash Plant Machine Operative / FLT Driver for a permanent role. You will operate and monitor wash plant machinery safely and efficiently, load and move materials with a forklift, and follow company procedures.

The role requires a valid FLT licence, comfort with day and night shifts, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Training and development opportunities are available, with PPE provided and secure off-road parking.

Qualificações

• Valid FLT licence is essential.
• Experience operating industrial machinery is desirable.
• Experience in recycling, manufacturing, waste management or similar industrial environment preferred.
• Good understanding of safe working practices within an industrial environment.
• Comfortable working both day and night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor wash plant machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and move materials using a forklift truck.
• Set up and operate equipment in line with company procedures.
• Monitor the wash plant throughout the production process.
• Ensure materials are processed safely and efficiently.
• Carry out routine checks on machinery and equipment.
• Report equipment faults and maintenance issues.
• Keep the working area clean and organised.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Complete relevant production and operational paperwork.
• Work as part of the production team.
• Report any issues to the relevant supervisor or manager.
