Job Title: Warranty Sales Executive (Telesales)

Location: Office-based Monday to Friday. Our office is conveniently located in Bradford, just off the M606 and not far from the M62.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting existing customers to offer extended warranty plans—no cold calling!
  • Handling inbound and outbound enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to maximise retention and sales opportunities.
  • Following up on outstanding warranty quotes, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Using our in-house CRM system to manage leads efficiently (full training provided).
  • Working closely with our field representatives to enhance sales performance.
What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering outstanding results. If you have a positive attitude, a winning mindset, and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you!

Salary & Benefits:
  • Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £35,000
