Job summary

Listers Group Limited, Audi Worcester, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda & Seat / CUPRA division in Worcester. The role focuses on managing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance across processes. Hours are 40 per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30).

Basic salary is £32,000 with a turnover-based monthly incentive taking the OTE to £33,000. The successful candidate will oversee warranty administration, maintain precise records, and ensure adherence to

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and check details.
• Training will be provided for warranty processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty and retail invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Service team and manage work-in-progress updates.
• Liaise with manufacturers to resolve submission issues and implement corrections.
• Follow established procedures to ensure successful warranty claim submissions.
• Reconcile paid claims and maintain up-to-date warranty records.
• Stay informed on warranty bulletins and communicate updates to technicians and colleagues.
• Ensure all job cards comply with warranty standards and group policies.
