Job summary

NexGen Cloud in London seeks a Warranty & Asset Manager to own the end-to-end warranty, RMA processes, and vendor relationships across our GPU and server hardware footprint.

You will coordinate with site operations, track hundreds of claims with Jira, manage strategic spares, and help scale the function as the estate grows, while maintaining strict SLA discipline and clear reporting to the Head of Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warranty and RMA management experience across hardware,
• Technical understanding of IT hardware (GPU, power, RAM, transceivers, switches)
• Highly organised at volume with ticketing/tracking tools
• Assertive, proactive communicator capable of driving SLA compliance
• Strategic inventory thinking across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end warranty and RMA process across all sites—from fault identification through vendor claims to resolution
• Chase hardware vendors to meet SLAs, escalating before turnaround times are breached
• Build and maintain asset tracking across all sites using Jira
• Manage strategic spares inventory and forward-position components where needed
• Coordinate with Site Operations Leads and Infrastructure Engineering to avoid bottlenecks
• Report on claim status, vendor performance, and asset movements to Head of Infrastructure
• Lay groundwork to build and lead a team as the function scales
