Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Pattern changes and lace knitting experience are advantageous, training can be provided.
• Prior warp knitting or narrow fabric/crochet knitting experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, follow required procedures with PPE for your own safety and colleagues.
• Produce products to required standards; complete quality checks and resolve problems promptly.
• Complete all required paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Produce to achieve 100% customer attainment.
• Identify and resolve performance issues; inform shift supervisors as needed.
• Involvement in training activities to improve personal effectiveness and train others.
• Maintain housekeeping and general hygiene at all times.
• Minimise spoilage and resolve issues as they arise.
• Beam changes.
