Job summary

Bluebell View, Oswestry — part of Care Concern Group — is looking for a Receptionist to greet residents and visitors, manage enquiries and support day-to-day admin in a warm, professional environment.

You will be the front of house, coordinating with the Business Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the home, greeting residents, visitors and staff.
• Handle incoming enquiries and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain organised systems and support the smooth running of the home.
• Collaborate with the Business Administrator and management to deliver a responsive, well organised service.
