Bluebell View is an 80-bed care home in Oswestry, part of Care Concern Group, offering residential, nursing and dementia care. We are seeking a receptionist to be the welcome face for residents, visitors and staff, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere at all times.

In this front-of-house role you will handle enquiries, greet guests, support day-to-day admin, maintain organised records and assist the wider team to keep the home running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
