Job summary

West Riding Recruitment Limited is seeking a reliable Warehouse/FLT Operative for a temporary-to-permanent position in Selby. The role combines warehouse duties, stock management and computer-based order processing.

You will handle order processing, picking and packing, stock control, loading/unloading, and general warehouse support while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. A FLT licence is advantageous, full UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced or busy environment.
• Good basic computer skills, with the ability to input logistical data and process orders accurately.
• An understanding of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• A current FLT licence would be advantageous, but it’s not essential.
• A full UK driving licence would be preferable.
• A positive attitude, good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity with the potential for a permanent position? Do you enjoy a varied, hands-on role where no two days need to be the same?

I'm delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client, based in Selby, who is looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Warehouse/FLT Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy warehouse operation, putting your practical skills and attention to detail to good use in a role that combines warehouse duties, stock management and computer-based order processing.

What will you be doing?

You’ll play an important part in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, with responsibilities including:
