Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative with FLT Licence for their Fareham site. The role involves 80% warehouse activity and 20% FLT work, with heavy lifting of flooring products. Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks. Pay £12.71 per hour. Mixed shifts Monday to Friday. FLT Counterbalance & Bendi licence (RTITB or ITSSAR) required.

Strong customer service, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as you unload goods, check for damage, and support stock control.

This role leans more towards 80% warehouse, with approx 20% FLT work.

There is a lot of heavy lifting when unloading key goods from lorries. This is a very physical based role.
