Job summary

Relay is seeking a Training Supervisor in Nottingham to own the full training journey from onboarding to upskilling operatives, ensuring teams have the skills to sort accurately and efficiently.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Workforce Management to deliver training initiatives, accelerate time to productivity, and drive consistent performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in operations or warehouse environments.
• Ability to translate data into training actions.
• Experience maintaining training records and LMS content.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training across onboarding, cross-skilling, refresher sessions and launches.
• Guide new operatives with coaching and floor support, tracking progress toward targets.
• Monitor centre KPIs and work with managers to build targeted training solutions.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and ensure LMS content is up to date.
