The Best Connection is recruiting a Section Trainer for a busy e-commerce distribution site in Paddock Wood, Kent. This hands-on coaching role supports the Goods Out team by training new starters and ensuring processes are followed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The role is temp-to-perm with 5 days out of 7 shifts (6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00), paying £14.20 per hour plus a late-shift uplift of £1. You will be working with warehouse staff to develop skills and uphold high standards across

Formación

• Experience in retail or e-commerce picking and packing.
• Experience training or coaching colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for queries related to picking and packing and help resolve issues to minimise delays.
• Onboard and train new starters on warehouse systems, picking/packing procedures and workstation layouts.
• Coach colleagues to maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and productivity.
• Ensure correct picking methods, packaging materials and labeling procedures.
• Monitor packing benches to ensure they are clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Support monitoring of performance, picking accuracy and packing quality.
• Assist in investigating errors, damages, mispicks, mispacks and delays.
• Communicate updates and issues to shift leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
