What We Offer

To support the operation of the Wellingborough Depot and maximize the productivity of workshop engineers. Primary duties are listed below, but additional duties may be assigned by your manager.

• Loading and unloading FLTs and related equipment, assisting with deliveries and collections.
• Organizing the yard and storage areas.
• Cleaning FLTs and associated equipment.
• Disposing of scrap equipment, including removing parts for future use.
• Assisting in loading trucks identified for trade.
• Performing bodywork repairs such as filling, sanding, and painting of body panels and FLT parts.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workshop and storage areas.

• Proven ability to work in a team and promote quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer expectations.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.

• Forklift license preferred but not essential; training provided.
