Warehouse Technician - Event Production

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £28,000

The Company

Our client is a leading event production company specializing in high-end brand activations, exhibitions, and live event experiences for global clients. They have a strong track record in technical delivery, innovation, and creative design. Due to growth, they are seeking a Warehouse / Event Prep Technician to join their friendly team.

The Role

This busy role involves prepping, testing, cleaning, and loading equipment for various events. You will ensure kit lists are prepared promptly, equipment is functional and clean, and all items are ready for use. Responsibilities also include checking equipment upon return, noting shortages or damages, and loading/unloading. Some on-site support for setting up and load-in/out at venues may be required.

About You

We are looking for a confident, articulate Technician with some experience in Audio Visual equipment, particularly in prep and testing. You should have a flexible, adaptable attitude, good IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A valid UK manual driving license is required, and experience with forklift operation is a plus. Due to the industry, weekend work and longer hours may be necessary, with time off in lieu offered.
