Job description

Monday – Friday : 37.5 hours per week, including some possible weekend work.

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Warehouse Technician to join a leading provider of specialised technical solutions. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, with responsibilities including the preparation and organisation of equipment for deployment to various sites, maintaining equipment standards, and supporting logistical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the resources team to prepare and organise equipment for deployment.
  • Managing daily equipment preparation processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Assisting with stock management, goods-in procedures, and inventory control.
  • Loading technical equipment onto vehicles for transport.
  • Supporting warehouse operations while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and show initiative.
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity or an interest in technical equipment

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with technical equipment (beneficial but not required).
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
