About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager supports the site management team in managing warehouse operations efficiently and cost-effectively. You will oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and high service levels for customers.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the correct receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods, meeting productivity targets and budget constraints, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

Requirements

Candidates should have knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry, including understanding of business and operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse. Knowledge of transport operations is advantageous.

As a team leader, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and train colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office is required for reporting and disciplinary processes.
