About The Role

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of daily warehouse activities and maintaining the required service levels for customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods meet productivity targets and budget constraints, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of warehouse functions within the FMCG distribution industry.
• Understanding of business and operational aspects of depot warehouse management.
• General knowledge of transport operations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and train colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes.
