Job summary

Bidfood in Wakefield is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager for night shift 21:30-06:00 to lead a fast-paced operation and develop a high-performing team.

You’ll coach, recruit, manage attendance and safety, drive KPI targets, and ensure accurate picking, stock control and efficient throughput. The role rewards leadership and a commitment to safety in a busy warehouse.

As Warehouse Team Manager, you'll work as part of a team responsible for managing the operations, warehouse and most importantly… the people! You'll really 'get' the value in recognising good work in the team and making sure they are motivated will be your priority! You'll lead the team putting safety at the forefront and working towards shared goals of delivering the best service!

You'll make sure all goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently through managing the team. You'll take charge of looking after company equipment making sure it is maintained and organised to reach maximum productivity levels.
