Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse team, ensuring safety and delivering KPI targets. You will coach staff, optimise workflows, and uphold high service levels for customers.

You will recruit, develop, and mentor team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across daily operations. This role supports our commitment to reliable, high-quality foodservice service.

AsWarehouse Team Manager, you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managingthe operations, warehouse and most importantly… the people! You’ll really ‘get’the value in recognising good work in the team and making sure they aremotivated will be your priority! You’ll lead the team putting safety at theforefront and working towards shared goals of delivering the best service!
