Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for our state-of-the-art Bradford site. You will lead a high-performing team, drive safe, efficient operations, and ensure excellent service for our customers, starting from day one.

You will work either Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm, or Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with a salary of £33,000 per year and a structured development programme to help you grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
• Familiar with using an in-house Warehouse Management System.
• Understanding of operational practices and safe systems of work; knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety in warehouse and distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to achieve targets.
• Owning day-to-day operation within area, ensuring processes followed.
• Creating a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and reporting incidents.
• Analyzing operational data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Ensuring team has equipment, training, and support to work safely and efficiently.
• Managing performance, attendance, wellbeing and engagement.
• Supporting site-wide projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
