Arco Limited is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our National Distribution Centre. You will manage a team of around 30, with deputising responsibilities for up to 120 colleagues, driving safety, efficiency and engagement.
The role offers a rotational 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or bank holiday work. You will coach leaders and deliver continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast paced warehouse environment? Were looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to take charge of day to day operations for a large team within our National Distribution Centre ensuring that operations are managed safely, efficiently and accurately.
In this pivotal role, youll lead, coach and inspire a team of around 30 colleagues, as well as deputising for the Operations Manager when required to manage a team up to 120 colleagues. Youll be at the heart of operations, driving performance, whilst fostering a culture of engagement, teamwork and continuous improvement.
The shift pattern for the role is rotational between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, with no contractual weekend or bank holiday working.
