We have some fantastic opportunities based at ourstate-of-the-artdistribution centre in the East Midlands,Skygate. We are currently looking for a Team Manager to work across the operation,leadingand developing our fulfilment colleagues.

The position has become available for a capable leader who cares about their people, and who is looking to progress their career with one of the UK's leading online retailers.
You will have a huge part to play in helping the site process and despatch huge volumes of up to 300,000 units per day and over two million units in a single week through peak.
Our Warehouse Team Managers lead the people and processes within an operational area of the fulfilment centre, ensuring that the working environment is efficient and ensuring a customer focus to exceed operational KPIs. They ensure all Health & Safety risks are proactively managed to deliver a safe place to work.
***Please note the shift pattern for this role is a rotational 4 on 4 off from 10:00-22:00.***
