Job summary

Pertemps are recruiting for Team Leaders based in Hortonwood. You will assist the Operations First Line Manager and deputise as needed, while ensuring Warehouse Management System tasks are performed accurately.

You will lead and develop the team through PPR completion, follow trained work instructions and uphold Safe Working Practices. The role requires reliability, attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a warehouse or operations team.
• Ability to operate a Warehouse Management System effectively.
• Strong focus on productivity, accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DFC Pharma Operations First Line Manager and deputise as necessary.
• Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to meet operational requirements in receipting, putaway, despatching, wave creation and assignments.
• Manage and develop the team through PPR completion for succession planning.
• Follow trained work instructions (ABCs / WI) and comply with Safe Working Practices.
• Achieve individual and team productivity and accuracy targets.
• Undertake any other tasks deemed appropriate for the role.
