Job summary

Pertemps are recruiting for Team Leaders based in Hortonwood to operate in a day shift. You will support the First Line Manager, oversee warehouse processes using the Warehouse Management System, and lead the team to meet productivity and accuracy targets.

The role requires clean criminal records and a DBS check, with a minimum of 3 years referencing and five years UK residency. Responsibilities include coaching the team, managing stock movements, and ensuring safety and compliance with standard

Qualifications

• No unspent convictions
• Able to pass a basic Criminal Record Check/Disclosure (DBS)
• Provide 3 years referencing contacts
• Resident in the UK for the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Assist the DFC Pharma Operations First Line Manager in the conduct of their responsibilities, deputising as necessary.
• Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to ensure that operational system requirements are met, including receipting, putaway, despatching, wave creation, order assignment, stock assignment, dock assignment, exception management, exception investigation & system task management/hygiene.
• Manage and develop the team through PPR completion, to ensure succession planning/talent management is in place.
• Own and Operate to trained work instructions e.g., ABC Modules / WI.
• Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
• Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy.
• Any other tasks deemed appropriate for the role
