Job summary

Cure Talent Limited, partnered with a medical device manufacturer, seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a five‑strong team and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the finished goods warehouse in High Wycombe.

You will plan workloads, coordinate with customer service, order processing and finance, and handle picking, packing, stock movements and despatch. You will maintain stock records and drive process improvements to optimise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising others in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Comfortable planning workloads and coordinating with customer service, order processing and finance.
• Proficient with IT systems, especially Excel and ERP/NetSuite.
• Forklift license is helpful; training can be provided if needed.

Cure Talent are delighted to be partnered with an established medical device manufacturer to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor for a newly created role within their warehouse operation.

Leading an experienced team of five, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finished goods warehouse. This additional leadership role will give the team dedicated support while allowing the Production and Warehouse Manager to focus more closely on production.

It’s a varied position combining team leadership, planning and administration with hands‑on warehouse work. You’ll coordinate goods in, NHS stock orders, UK fulfilment and exports, keeping priorities clear as requirements change. Orders range from individual items to multiple pallets, so being organised and able to balance different demands will be key.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and supporting the team, including training, development, attendance and performance.
• Planning workloads and coordinating with customer service, order processing and finance to keep orders moving.
• Getting involved in picking, packing, stock movements and despatch when needed.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock checks and safe working practices.
• Identifying practical improvements to warehouse processes and helping the team adopt them.

What are we looking for?

You’ll bring warehouse experience and experience leading or supervising others, even within a small team. You’ll be approachable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for both the people and the daily workload.

You’ll also need confidence using IT systems, including Excel and warehouse or ERP software. The business uses NetSuite, but previous experience with it isn’t essential.

Medical device experience isn’t required. A forklift license would be useful, but training can be provided if you’re willing to learn.
