Job summary

Culina Group, operating at the Great Bear site in Deeside, is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader to manage a fast-paced, modern warehouse and lead a dedicated team to deliver excellent service for key customers. You will support the Shift Manager by motivating and developing staff, ensuring productivity, quality, health and safety standards, and excellent customer service every day.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 4 on 4 off nights.

We are looking for a confident and hands-onWarehouse Team Leaderto join our Great Bear operation in Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

This is afull-time, permanentposition working4 on 4 off Nights 19:00 – 07:00, 40.25 hours per week

Salary: £28,505 Per Annum including a £2k allowance 4on4off and 2K allowance for Nights
