Proficient in WMS and MS Office.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to JD.com's quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety procedures.
Optimize warehouse layout to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance.
Address operational issues as they arise.
