Job summary

Matthew Clark is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to head a picking team, drive efficiency and maintain high service levels across the operation. You will allocate tasks, monitor performance, and correct issues to meet agreed targets while ensuring accurate stock handling and SOP compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with warehouse management systems, and a focus on safety, training, and reliable shift coverage to support continuous distribution of drinks across venues.

Qualifications

• Experience of warehouse management and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse picking team to meet customer service and productivity targets.
• Assign work to the warehouse operation with performance levels and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure inventory is properly put away, picked, checked, loaded and replenished to meet KPIs.
• Use in-house systems to check Out of Stocks, look up products, pick locations and ship loads.
• Adhere to SOPs to plan and lead the team’s working practices.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Train staff and maintain detailed records, identifying training needs.
• Provide cover for Warehouse Controllers as required.
• Hold Reach and Counterbalance Licenses ideally, with experience of Warehouse Management and WMS.
