Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking four Warehouse Team Leaders for our Avonmouth site in the United Kingdom. You will lead from the front, supporting the Shift Manager and ensuring safety, efficiency and service targets are met on shift.

You'll manage a team on a 3 days on / 3 days off pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, with a salary of £35,000 per year and 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. The role emphasises people leadership, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement in a busy warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure.
