Job summary

ArrowXL by JP Home in Airdrie is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader on the AM shift to lead a small team and ensure smooth warehouse operations, timely departures of delivery crews and high service standards.

You will manage up to five Warehouse Operatives, drive KPI performance, uphold safety and quality, and develop staff capabilities while advancing your leadership career within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to achieve KPI targets and safety standards.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, loading.
• Plan and prioritise to drive operational performance and accuracy.
• Maintain stock integrity and maintain quality across processes.
• Uphold Health & Safety, housekeeping and company procedures.
• Identify efficiencies and foster collaboration across the operation.
