CO-OP in the Andover depot is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a sizeable team of operatives, ensuring safe picking and packing while maintaining high standards. You will coach and engage the team to improve results week on week, and collaborate with internal partners to uphold policies and procedures.

You'll manage workload, drive health and safety standards, analyse performance data and strive to exceed critical metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sizeable warehouse team.

• Good knowledge of health and safety in a warehouse.
• Strong communication with internal partners.
• Excellent IT skills and comfortable with data.
