Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, inventory control and dispatch of goods. The role is on a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading a team and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional interfaces in Supply Chain and SHEQ.

You will manage goods receipt, stock control, and dispatch processes, while coaching colleagues to meet targets and uphold strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse/logistics with goods receipt, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Experience leading or supervising a team and developing colleagues to meet targets.
• Strong organisational skills, planning, prioritisation and attention to detail in a busy operation.
• Experience using WMS/ERP or similar inventory tools to drive performance and accuracy.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.

As a Warehouse Lead on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC), you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by leading warehouse activities, supervising team members, maintaining high safety standards, and optimizing processes to meet business objectives. Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) teams, you will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and exceptional service delivery.

You Will Have

• Proven experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment, with a solid understanding of goods receipt, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch processes.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve both individual and team performance objectives.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, and maintain attention to detail in a busy operation.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or similar inventory management tools, with confidence in working with data to drive operational performance and accuracy.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes, identify efficiencies, and support operational change initiatives.
