We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us at our brand-new B&Q site in Blyth – S81 8PU. You will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on delivering operational excellence at all times.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7 shift’ pattern. The working hours will rotate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
