Job summary

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our client in Warwick. You will lead a small team, allocate daily tasks, manage goods in, and oversee dispatch to keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00, with a 12-week temp-to-perm pathway. A counterbalance FLT licence is essential, and experience with other forklift types is desirable. Salary is £14-£16 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Has previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience.
• Experience in goods in and general warehouse operations.
• Valid counterbalance FLT licence and relevant operating experience.
• Bendi or Aisle Master forklift experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, practical approach and lead-by-example mindset.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00.

Responsibilities
