• Salary: £13.99 per hour / £29,281.07 per annum
• Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 6.00 am-6.00 pm ( 40.25 hours per week)
• Job Type: Permanent Contract
• Location: Unit 1 G-Park, Whittle Road, Meir, Stoke-On-Trent ST3 7TU

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You will:

• Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
• Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
• Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
• Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
• Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently.
• Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance.
• Keep track of your team’s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
