Culina is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in the Minworth area of Birmingham. You will lead a hands-on team of around 10, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality across operations, while supporting the Shift Manager and maintaining effective communication.

You will drive shift performance, mentor staff, and handle goods in/stock availability, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and audit standards. The role includes night shifts and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products in Beer, Wines and Spirits operations.
• Strong communication and information sharing abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy operation.
• Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Confident with IT systems and common software.

Warehouse Team Leader | Permanent Full-Time Opportunities

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift working nights 6pm – 6am

Salary: £31,574.10 per annum & £2000 per annum night shift allowance. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours worked above your weekly contracted hours.

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Minworth operation in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

what you will be doing:

• Lead, organise and support a team of around 10warehouse colleagues across the operation
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity, service and operational KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance, making sure all processes and records are completed accurately.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to ensure the operation meets customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication so colleagues stay informed, engaged and focused on priorities.
• Support the smooth running of goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received, handled and made available efficiently.
• Coach, support and develop team members to maximise performance and encourage progression.
• Support people processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, in line with company procedures.
